I always stay at this lovely place. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, cookware, and allows pets. I will return for a weekend stay.

The host was hospitable and helpful. Great location with easy access to all of Venice. Well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace/balcony. Comfortable and supportive bed. Friendly and flexible staff. Spacious room with private bathroom. Good value for money. Nice breakfast with plenty of coffee and bread.

The comfortable rooms had a mind-blowing courtyard view and the value for money was impressive. The small but delightful breakfast offered lots of coffee, good bread, and delicious jams. The location was superb, with easy access to every point in the city. The free wi-fi, outdoor dining area, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more fantastic. Plus, pets were allowed! Highly recommend this place for an incredible experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and comfortable room in a perfect location. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and even allowing us to store our luggage after check out.
